Comment surveiller ma station de recharge et consulter l'historique des sessions ?

Découvrez comment consulter les graphiques de puissance en temps réel, les sessions actives, l'historique des recharges et le journal complet des modifications de paramètres de votre station de recharge.

The Energy Portal gives you full visibility into what is happening at your sites — in real time and historically.

Real-time power charts

Each node and EVSE has a monitoring chart showing:

  • Power draw (kW) over time
  • Current (A) per phase
  • Voltage (V)

Charts are live — they update continuously as new data arrives. Fuse threshold lines are overlaid on node charts when a limit is configured, making it immediately visible when you are approaching capacity. Chart zoom is preserved across updates — you will not lose your view when new data arrives.

Active sessions

The active sessions view shows every charging session currently in progress across the site:

  • EVSE name and location in the topology
  • Driver or vehicle identity (where available)
  • Current power draw
  • Energy delivered so far
  • Session state

EVSE state heatmap

The state heatmap shows the history of EVSE states (Available, Charging, Faulted, Offline, etc.) over time as a colour grid. This makes it easy to spot patterns — recurring faults, unexpected downtime, or underutilisation.

Charge session history

The session history table shows all completed sessions for a site or EVSE. Use search and filters to find specific sessions by:

  • EVSE
  • Driver or vehicle
  • Date range
  • Session state

Settings change log

Every configuration change made in the Energy Portal is recorded in the settings change log. Each entry shows:

  • What was changed — the setting name and old/new values
  • When — timestamp
  • Who — the operator who made the change
  • Comments — optional notes added by the operator

Viewing the change log

Open a site and go to Settings → Change log.

Adding a comment

Select any log entry and choose Add comment to attach a note. Useful for documenting why a change was made.

Reverting a change

If a change caused unexpected behaviour, you can revert it with one click directly from the change log. No need to manually recreate the previous configuration or contact support.

Migration dashboard

The migration dashboard shows the rollout status of Energy Portal adoption across your sites:

  • Active — sites fully migrated and operating under energy management
  • In progress — sites partially configured
  • Not started — sites pending migration

Use the migration dashboard to track onboarding progress and identify sites that still need attention.
