Garo Integration Guide

This is a guide that shows how to install Monta on your Garo charge point.

Please note that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.

Garo installations must be performed by an installer with the remote help of a Garo technician.

Please note that this comes at a cost to the installer.

An installer have to contact and book a time slot with Garo service team in corresponding countries to get assistance with the installation process.

Note that a time slot must be booked prior the installation!

Required tools for the installation:

  • Micro USB to USB cable

  • LAN Cable (In case of a router in a cluster)

  • Computer with internet connection

  • Keys to the charger

  • T20 Screwdriver

When the installation is done it’s time to connect the charge point to your Monta account.

You can connect your charge point to through either Monta Charge or Monta Hub.
