Subscriptions are recurring services you have enrolled in — for example, a charging discount plan from a charge point operator. From the Subscriptions screen you can view your active subscriptions, check billing details, and cancel them.
Find your subscriptions
- Open Monta Charge.
- Go to Me.
- Tap Subscriptions.
What you see on the Subscriptions screen
Each subscription card shows:
- The subscription name and who provides it
- The price and billing frequency
- The current status
Tap View details on any subscription to open the details screen.
View subscription details
The details screen shows:
- Subscription name and current status
- A description of what the subscription includes
- Billing and renewal information, including terms and conditions
- Your payment history for this subscription
Manage your payment method
From the Subscriptions screen, you can also view and manage the payment method linked to your subscriptions.
Cancel a subscription
- On the Subscriptions screen, tap View details on the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap the cancel button at the bottom of the screen.
- In the confirmation dialog, confirm your choice.
Your subscription is cancelled. Depending on the plan, access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
