How do I set up Load Management for Schneider charge points?
This guide explains how to set up Load Management for Schneider charge points, including configuring supervised mode and pointing charge points to Monta via the Remote Supervision Configuration in Schneider Cloud.
1. Add the charge point to the Load Management System (LMS)
Before configuring the LMS, set each charge point to Supervised mode in the General Settings section of the charge point's web user interface. This is required for every charge point that will be connected to the LMS.

2. Add Remote Supervision Configuration
For Schneider charge points to use Load Management outside of their local network, they must point to Monta's backend. Set the Monta OCPP URL (wss://ocpp.monta.app) in the Remote Supervision Configuration section of Schneider Cloud.
- Log in to Schneider Cloud.
- Navigate to the Remote Supervision Configuration section (as described in section 2.8 of the Schneider manual).
- Enter the Monta OCPP URL: wss://ocpp.monta.app.
- Save the configuration.
Once saved, the LMS takes over communication between the charge points and Monta. Load Management will operate locally — Monta will not receive information about the current being limited on each charge point during LMS-controlled sessions.
