This article covers how to create alert groups and monitor charge point incidents in Monta Hub.
Operators can use Alerts to monitor incidents on their charge points. Create alert groups to define which incidents to track and receive email notifications when they happen. Select Alerts from the left menu to get started.
How do I set up an alert group?
Alert groups define which incidents appear in your charge point overview and detail pages. You can also add email addresses to receive notifications.
- Select Alerts from the left menu.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select New.
- Enter a name in the Alert group name field.
- Optionally, enter a description.
- Select Create.
You are taken to the alert group edit page. From here, configure alert rules and add notification email addresses.
How do I view incidents?
The Alerts tab shows all incidents across your charge points.
- Select Alerts from the left menu.
- Select the Alerts tab.
- Use the Unresolved and Resolved filters to switch between open and closed incidents.
You can filter by priority, reason, source, and date range. Select an incident to view the related charge point, team, or charging site.
How do I resolve incidents?
- Select Alerts from the left menu.
- Select the Alerts tab.
- Select one or more incidents from the list.
- Select Resolve selected.
