View driver charge ratings across your sites and charge points in Monta Hub — see how satisfied drivers are, read their feedback, and find the sessions that need follow-up.
Drivers can rate a charge from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment after charging. Monta Hub brings those ratings together so you can see how satisfied drivers are with charging on your network, read their feedback, and follow up on the sessions that went badly.
Where to find charge ratings
There are three places to view ratings, depending on how wide you want to look:
- All ratings in one list — every rating across your network.
- A single location — how drivers rate one location.
- A single charging station — how drivers rate one charging station.
View all ratings across your network
- In Monta Hub, go to the Analytics section and open the Charge ratings page.
- You'll see a table of ratings, each showing the star score, the driver's comment, the charge, charging station, connector and location it belongs to, who left it (when their identity is already shared with you), and the platform, locale and date it was submitted.
- Select any row to open the charge session behind that rating, so you can see exactly what happened.
Use the search box above the table to find a specific rating, and use the pagination controls to move through the full list. See ratings for one location
- Open the location you want to check.
- On the Overview tab, change the dashboard selector to Ratings.
- You'll see the average rating and the ratings drivers have left for that location.

- Open the charging station you want to check.
- On the Overview tab, change the dashboard selector to Ratings.
- You'll see the average rating and the ratings drivers have left for that charging station.
What's in a rating
Each rating is tied to a single charge and includes:
- A score from 1 to 5 stars.
- An optional written comment from the driver.
- The charge, charging station, connector and location it relates to, plus the platform, locale and date it was submitted.
- The driver who left it, when their identity is already shared with you (see below).
Ratings follow the same driver-visibility rules as the rest of Monta Hub: where a driver is already shared with you, you'll see who left the rating; for anonymous public charges, the rating stays anonymous.
