How to view and interpret charge point and charging site statistics in Monta Hub, including the available metrics and a reference for all charge point statuses.
Where do I see uptime in Hub?
Uptime shows on the home KPI, on a site Statistics tile, and on /locations/{id}?view=uptime (Overview dropdown).
The tooltip talks about reliable status, in scope, and data from 01.11.2024. There is no owner filter on this UI. Insights “Your sites” is public and available sites — not owner-only.
Statistics are available at both charge point and charging site level. They provide actionable data to help you optimise operations, improve reliability, and enhance the EV charging experience.
Where do I see busy times?
On a site, open Busy times (/locations/{id}?view=busy-times). You can switch Sessions or Energy and a period.
The page has KPI cards, By hour, a Popular times heatmap, and Monthly plus Yearly trend (Recorded / Forecast). Empty copy is “No charging activity yet…”
