As a 360° EV charging solution provider in Austria, emobil.link installs and manages charging infrastructure and operations for companies (ranging from small business owners to large corporations).

emobil.link – a subsidiary of the larger Wels Strom (eww Group) utility company – provides their corporate customers with different types of essential EV charging infrastructure, from public charge points to at-home solutions. Their comprehensive offer includes the planning, construction, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, together with related services like charging card management and charging station management.

The challenge

Before Monta, emobil.link’s customers needed a lot of support when it came to managing their charge points and EV fleets, from billing and tracking their charges to identifying when a charge point is malfunctioning. This resulted in a high volume of customer queries for emobil.link, which their technology wasn’t equipped to handle – leading to an inordinate amount of time spent on costly manual processes.
