How do I monitor charge point performance?

Explains the monitoring tools in Monta Hub — statistics, uptime reports, rankings, alerts, and reports — and when to use each.

Monta Hub gives you several tools to monitor how your charge points perform. This guide explains what each tool shows and when to use it.

Charge point statistics

Statistics show energy delivered, session counts, and revenue over time. Use this to track utilisation and spot trends.

To access statistics: go to Charge points → select a charge point → Statistics.

Uptime reports

An uptime report shows how often each charge point was available versus offline. Use this to identify unreliable charge points and take action.

To export an uptime report: go to ReportsUptime report → select a date range → Export.

Charge point ranking

The ranking view compares your charge points by performance metrics such as uptime, sessions, and energy delivered. Use this to identify your best and worst performers.

To view rankings: go to Charge pointsRanking.

Alerts

Alerts notify you when a charge point goes offline, a session fails, or another event occurs. You can send alerts by email or webhook.

To set up an alert: go to Charge pointsAlertsCreate alert.

Charge point reports

Reports give a detailed view of sessions, errors, and communication logs for a specific charge point. Use this for troubleshooting.
