How do I monitor charge point performance?
Explains the monitoring tools in Monta Hub — statistics, uptime reports, rankings, alerts, and reports — and when to use each.
Monta Hub gives you several tools to monitor how your charge points perform. This guide explains what each tool shows and when to use it.
Charge point statistics
Statistics show energy delivered, session counts, and revenue over time. Use this to track utilisation and spot trends.
To access statistics: go to Charge points → select a charge point → Statistics.
Uptime reports
An uptime report shows how often each charge point was available versus offline. Use this to identify unreliable charge points and take action.
To export an uptime report: go to Reports → Uptime report → select a date range → Export.
Charge point ranking
The ranking view compares your charge points by performance metrics such as uptime, sessions, and energy delivered. Use this to identify your best and worst performers.
To view rankings: go to Charge points → Ranking.
Alerts
Alerts notify you when a charge point goes offline, a session fails, or another event occurs. You can send alerts by email or webhook.
To set up an alert: go to Charge points → Alerts → Create alert.
Charge point reports
Reports give a detailed view of sessions, errors, and communication logs for a specific charge point. Use this for troubleshooting.
To access reports: go to Charge points → select a charge point → Reports.
