SmartQueue is designed to increase the utilization rate on charge points, allowing more cars to be charged per charge point over the course of a day.

What is SmartQueue?

Combined with other features and good charging etiquette, we expect to increase the daily number of charges up to 4 times.

Join the queue for a site of charges
Get notified when it’s your turn, then you have 15 minutes to plug in
If you cannot make it in time, you can pass your turn to the next user in the queue

SmartQueue will provide you with an estimated wait time. Monta estimates this wait time in two ways: pick up time set by user, and car integration.
