Please note that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.
2. Login with your Autel credentials
Open the app and login with your Autel credentials. If you do not have those, please contact Autel support.
3. Click on the "+" icon
On the main page, click on the "+" icon, located in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Scan the QR code to add your charge point
To add the charge point, scan the QR code, which is located on the right side of the charging box.
Enter the serial number in the field.
For the PIN, you can either scan the QR code that is provided in the Quick Manual or type it manually.
After you have filled in the two fields, click on "Verify".
5. Click on the charge point serial number
Once you click on the serial number of the charge point, it will open the configuration menu.
6. Select a Wi-Fi connection
In this step, you need to click on the "Wi-Fi Connection" tab and select an available network to connect your charge point.
When you have selected the network, enter the password and wait to connect.
7. Navigate to "Charge Management Platform"
Once your charge point is connected to the internet, navigate to the "Charge Management Platform" tab and select "Monta Cloud".
8. Reboot the charge point
After you have completed all the steps, a window will pop up, asking you to reboot the charge point. Click on "Reboot".
9. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account
Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.
You can do this through either the Monta app or Monta Portal.
