From 18 May 2026, a failed payment moves the subscription to unpaid, starts a 14-day grace period, then pauses it and freezes the team’s charge points until it is resolved.

Yes. Edit pricing and fees, apply changes to all subscribers or only new ones, and schedule updates for a future date. Changes are reviewed before they take effect.
