How do I connect my charge point to Monta?
This article explains how to add and connect a personal charge point to your Monta account, using both the Monta Charge app and OCPP.

Some charge points require you to install Monta on the charge point before connecting it to your account. Check the integration guides for your charge point brand and follow the installation steps first if needed.
How do I add a charge point in Monta Charge?
- Select the Chargers tab.
- Select the team where the charge point should be added.
- Click the three dots and select + Connect a charger.
- Select the charge point brand and model.
- Monta suggests a default kW output and connector type based on your selection, which you can edit.
- Name the charge point and specify the address.
- Click Continue.
How do I connect via OCPP?
- Select the OCPP integration option.
- Enter the serial number of the charge point.
- Confirm the charge point information and click Yes, pair charge point.
- Wait for verification.
- Your charge point is now connected and ready to charge.
