How do I see the audit logs in Monta Hub?

Learn how to access and navigate the audit logs in Monta Hub for better monitoring and compliance tracking.

The audit log shows history of account activity in Monta Hub. Use it to see what changed, who made the change, and when it happened.

How can I access the audit log?

  1. Open Monta Hub.
  2. Go to Operator Settings → Account Settings.
  3. Select Audit Log from the top navigation.

What does the audit log show?

Each entry in the audit log includes:

  • Timestamp — when the action occurred
  • Event ID
  • Action — whether something was created, updated, or deleted
  • User — who performed the action
  • Affected item — the charge point, pricing configuration, user, or other resource that changed
  • Parent — the operator or team the item belongs to

What is tracked in the audit log?

The audit log records changes across the following areas:

  • Users and team members
  • Charge points, charge keys, and schedules
  • Pricing configurations and price groups
  • Billing activity (deposits, withdrawals, bank accounts)
  • Subscriptions and plans
  • Roaming agreements
  • Operator team settings
  • Login and logout events

The audit log is read-only. You cannot edit or delete entries.
