FAQ
Why is my wallet balance slightly less than what I deposited (e.g. 9.99 instead of 10.00)?
This can happen when a deposit is made to cover a charging session. Charging costs are calculated with high precision (e.g. 3.531 GBP based on your exact kWh usage), but card payments can only process amounts with two decimal places (e.g. 3.53 GBP). The tiny difference — often just 0.001 — means your wallet balance may end up a fraction below a round number.
This is not an error, and no money has been lost. The small rounding difference is a normal result of how card payments work.
What can I do?
- Withdraw the available amount (e.g. 9.99 instead of 10.00).
- If the available amount is below your country's minimum withdrawal threshold, deposit a small additional amount first, then withdraw the combined balance.
