Welcome to the new Monta Hub

Discover the features and benefits of the revamped Monta Hub, designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow.

For: Operators using Monta Hub.

This article is for operators using Monta Hub. It explains what the new Monta Hub is and what changes for your day-to-day work as a charge point operator (CPO).

What is the new Monta Hub?

The new Monta Hub is your day-to-day Monta Hub on a faster, denser, more capable foundation. Same backend, same drivers, same brand - built for the way large operator teams actually work. It is the enterprise workspace that operator teams running thousands of EVSE units across many Locations and sub-accounts have been asking for.

The new Monta Hub is the foundation everything else is built on. The site owner experience, Monta AI, customizable AI dashboards, additional workflow use cases, and new account features all ship on top of it. This is the platform we will keep building on.

What's new for my day-to-day work?

Five things you should feel immediately.

Manage at scale

The new Monta Hub lets you select hundreds of EVSEs at once and act on them in a single step. Select rows on the Network page, then use the bulk-action bar to reboot, put into maintenance, push firmware, lock, assign a subscription, change roaming, or transfer ownership across the whole selection.

Build custom data exports

You can pick the entity you want (charges, EVSEs, users, transactions and more), choose the exact columns, join across entities (for example users with kilowatt-hours delivered), and stream the result straight to Comma-Separated Values (CSV) or Excel in seconds. No email queue, no waiting.

Find anything in seconds

Tables across the new Monta Hub are dense, fast, and type-aware. Filter by date, status, account, team, tag, or any column on the table. Reorder, pin, hide, or resize columns. Share a URL and the recipient sees the same filtered view. Global search jumps directly to any EVSE, Location, user, team, or charge by name or identifier.

Bulk import and edit like a spreadsheet

The new Monta Hub treats large tables like a spreadsheet. Paste rows directly from Excel or Google Sheets, drag values across cells, edit inline, and validate the entire batch before committing. Errors are flagged per row so you can fix them in place.

See every charge key across the operator

The new operator-wide Charge keys view shows every charge key across every team and sub-account in the operator. Search by RFID number, owner, team, or status to locate a key in seconds - no team-by-team hunt.
