How do I manage my team in Monta Charge?

Learn how to upgrade your team plan, manage the Team Wallet, and update team settings in Monta Charge.

For: Team owners and admins using Monta Charge

Monta Charge lets you manage your team's plan, wallet, and settings directly from the app.

How do I upgrade my team's Monta plan?

The Basic plan is free. Pro and Business plans offer benefits such as lower transaction fees and additional admin actions in Monta Hub. 

If your team operates under an operator, it automatically inherits the operator’s plan. You cannot change your plan independently. Contact your operator to discuss plan changes.

How do I manage the Team Wallet?

The Team Wallet can be managed by team owners and admins with wallet rights. Available actions in Monta Charge:

  • View the team balance
  • Add charge keys to the wallet
  • Add a bank card for payments
  • View and download transaction receipts

How do I refill the Team Wallet?

  1. Go to Chargers and select the correct team from the drop-down.
  2. Tap the three dots to open Team Settings.
  3. Tap Team Wallet.
  4. Tap Refill.
  5. For a one-time deposit, select Refill now:
    • Enter the amount to refill.
    • Select a payment method.
    • Tap Refill now.
  6. For automatic top-ups, select Auto Refill:
    • Select an amount to refill automatically.
    • Select a payment method — the wallet is topped up from the linked card whenever the balance falls below 0.
    • Toggle on Enable auto refill.

You can also pay for charging directly from the charge payment screen without refilling your wallet. Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, VIPPS, and MobilePay.

How do I withdraw money from the Team Wallet?

  1. Go to Chargers and select the correct team from the drop-down.
  2. Tap the three dots to open Team Settings.
  3. Tap Team Wallet.
  4. Tap Withdraw.
  5. For a one-time withdrawal, tap Withdraw now:
    • Fill in your personal information (email, phone number, IBAN).
    • Select an amount to withdraw.
    • Tap Withdraw to bank account.
  6. For automatic withdrawals, select Auto withdrawal:
    • Toggle on Enable auto withdrawal.
    • Select whether to leave funds in the wallet.
    • Fill in your personal information (email, phone number, IBAN).

How do I manage Team settings?

  1. Go to Chargers and select the correct team from the drop-down.
  2. Tap the three dots to open Team Settings.
  3. Tap the settings wheel in the top-right corner.
  4. Update the team name, email, or address.
    • For professional teams, you can also fill in company details:
      • Company finance email
      • Company name
      • IBAN (for withdrawals from the Team Wallet)
      • VAT number (optional)
  5. Toggle on Auto accept to automatically add new team members who use a join code.
  6. Select a default price group for new team members — this can be changed later in the team member settings.
  7. If needed, you can delete the team from this screen.
  8. Tap Save when done.
