You can add additional charging fees on top of the base price when creating price groups. Not all fee types are supported for all price groups or charge point models.

Find the additional charging fees

1. Open the Price Groups section of a team.
2. Click to edit the price group.
3. Scroll down to the Additional fees field.

Starting fee

A one-time fee applied when the charge begins.

1. Click the plus sign.
2. Enter a name for the fee and state an amount.
3. Review how the fee is added to the price group.
4. Click Save changes.

Charging fee

A one-time fee applied after a specified amount of time during the charge.

1. Click the plus sign.
2. Enter a name for the fee and state the amount.
3. Specify when to apply the fee.
4. Review how the fee is added to the price group.
5. Click Save changes.

Minute fee

A per-minute fee that starts after the charge has been running for a specified time. You can also specify when the fee stops.

1. Click the plus sign.
2. Enter a name and the amount per minute.
3. Specify when to start applying the fee.
4. Specify when to stop applying the fee:
   • When the cable is disconnected — only for charge points that support release detection.
   • When the charge is complete — stops the fee even if the car is still plugged in.
5. Click Save changes.

Idle fee

A per-minute fee that applies if the cable is not unplugged after charging is complete. Only charge points that support release detection can apply this fee correctly.

1. Click the plus sign.
2. Enter a name and the amount per minute.
3. Specify when to start applying the fee.
4. Set a maximum fee amount to avoid overcharging the driver.
5. Click Save changes.
