How do I export charges?

Learn how to filter charges by date, charge point, or user and export them to your email — at the Team level, per charge point, or across all charge points.

For: Team Owners and Admins, and Operator users with the relevant export permissions.

You can filter and export charges performed on your charge points. The options available depend on your Team or Operator role and permissions.

How do I export Team charges?

  1. Open the Team in Monta Hub and select Overview.
  2. Filter the charges by:
    • User
    • Charge point
    • Time period (dates)
    • State of charge
  3. Click the action button and select Export to receive an email with the charges.

How do I export charges by charge point?

  1. Open the Team and select Charge points.
  2. Click to open the specific charge point.
  3. Select Charge sessions.
  4. Filter the charge sessions by:
    • User
    • Time period (dates)
    • State of charge
  5. Click the action button and select Export to receive an email with the charges.

How do I export all charges across the account?

  1. Select Charges in the left-side menu.
  2. Filter the charges by:
    • User
    • Charge point
    • Time period (dates)
    • State of charge
  3. Click the action button and select Export to receive an email with the charges.
