Add a team payment card in Monta Charge

A team payment card is required to pay for subscriptions on a team. Adding a team payment card enables it for future subscriptions. Once added, any paused subscriptions will automatically reactivate upon successful payment.

Before you start

• You must be a team admin with access to the team wallet.
• Each team can have one payment card.

Add a team payment card in the Monta app

1. Open the Monta app.
2. Go to Me and Payment methods.
3. Click Add payment method.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your card details.

A confirmation message will show “Team payment card added.”

Update a team payment card in the Monta app

1. Open the Monta app.
2. Go to Me and Payment methods.
3. Find the card and click the Edit button.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your new card details.
5. Select Update card.

A confirmation message will show “Team payment card updated.”

Remove a team payment card

You can only remove a payment card if the team has no active subscriptions.

1. Open the Monta app.
2. Go to Me and Payment methods.
3. Find the card and click the Edit button.
4. Select Remove.
5. Confirm the removal in the Remove team payment card? dialog.

The card is removed. If the team has any active subscriptions, the removal is blocked.
