For: Operators using Monta Hub
When you have a Business or Enterprise account in Monta, you are able to provide different types of access to your financial and other teams, by assigning them a specific role in your Monta account.
These roles have limited permissions for actions in Monta Hub. The goal is to enable different people in your organization to perform reviews of transactions, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.

Operator level roles
These are roles available for Operator accounts. You can access the roles by navigating to your Operator account page and selecting the “Members & Access” tab.

Description
Admin
This role suits someone who needs access to everything under the Operator account, including client teams. Admins can view, create, update and delete items wherever it’s possible, as well as other task-specific actions.
OperationsManager
This role suits someone who manages operations. Operations Managers can access all teams, and update and create new items. They cannot withdraw or deposit money.
Bookkeeper
This role suits someone working on financial tasks. Bookkeepers can view transactions, wallet, and all finance-related areas in Hub, so they can track payments and finances. They can also withdraw and deposit money, and make refunds.
SupportAgent
This role suits someone working in either technical or customer support. Supporter Agents can view all relevant areas in Hub, so they can answer users’ questions and troubleshoot easily. They cannot update or create new items.
The following tables represent how much the different Operator users can access and manage.
Bank accounts cannot be deleted, no matter of the user role, both on Team and Operator level.
Operators can decide if the Teams under the Operator have the ability to edit their bank account. If you are an Operator user and want to limit the ability to edit Team bank accounts, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
