Your personal Monta Wallet

Add your payment methods, learn how to refill or withdraw funds from the Wallet and view your transactional history.

Add a payment method

  1. Go to the Me section on the navigation menu and click Personal Wallet.
  2. Click on Add a payment method
  3. Enter your payment option details and click Add card

Refill your Monta Wallet

  1. Go to the Me section on the navigation menu and click Personal Wallet
  2. Click on Refill
  3. For a one-time deposit, select Refill now
    • Enter the amount you want to refill
    • Select the payment method
    • Click on Refill now
  4. For automatic top-ups, select Auto Refill
    • Select an amount to refill automatically
    • Select a payment method – Wallet from the card every time the wallet balance goes below 0.
    • Toggle on Enable auto refill

Withdraw from Monta Wallet

  1. Go to the Me section on the navigation menu and click Personal Wallet. 
  2. Click on Withdraw
  3. For a one-time withdrawal, click Withdraw now
    • Fill in the required personal information (email, phone number, IBAN)
    • Select an amount to withdraw
    • Click on Withdraw to bank account
  4. For automatic withdrawals, select Auto withdrawal
    • Toggle on Enable auto withdrawal
    • Select if you want to leave funds in the Wallet
    • Fill in the required personal information (email, phone number, IBAN)

Viewing Transaction History

  1. Go to the Me section on the navigation menu and click Personal Wallet.
  2. Scroll down to Transactions
  3. Select a transaction to see the receipt
  4. Share the receipt via PDF, mail or sharing a link
