This is a country-specific article. For more information on what Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) is and Monta’s role in compliance, take a look at Charge point data reporting in compliance with AFIR.

Data provision requirements in Austria

National platform for data reporting

To comply with AFIR and Austria’s Ladepunkt-Daten-Verordnung, Charge Point Operators (CPOs) must ensure their charging stations data is correctly reported via the national registry E-Control at Ladestellen.at.

Data types to be reported

Monta is committed to sharing all required dynamic and static data currently available from our operators. This process ensures alignment with both AFIR and national requirements.

Moving forward, Monta will collect any missing data from operators through the Monta Hub. This data will then be shared with E-Control to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.

An overview of all data to be reported in the future can be found here.

How this works

IMPORTANT!

We recommend you avoid reporting or uploading data yourself. Simply register your operator account in the national registry platform E-Control (if you haven’t already done so), then allow Monta full control to streamline data reporting.

If you have already reported or uploaded data yourself, and now want to give Monta full control:

  1. Register Monta as both provider of static and dynamic data
  2. Delete any existing data (both charge stations and charge points you have uploaded)
  3. DO NOT DELETE the data that Monta uploaded, just the ones you uploaded yourself

Failure to comply with this could result in legal fines for the CPO.
