What is a Fleet operations Team?

This type of Team is used to manage a fleet of company vehicles, sponsored charging at home, and track information such as real-time battery status, charging status and vehicle location.

Who is this Team for?

Fleet operations is a suitable solution for any company that needs to manage their EV fleet.

Please note that this feature is only available for Operator accounts who have been granted access. If you have an Operator account and you would like to try setting it up, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager at Monta.

What functionalities does this Team have?

In a Fleet Operations Team you can manage Members and their access, Payments and Sponsored charging at home. You cannot add and connect charge points - for this you need to create a Charge point management Team.

Create a Fleet Operations Team

  1. From the Teams tab, click on +Add Team
  2. Select Fleet operations
  3. Fill in the details of the Team
  4. Click on Create Team
