My Monta Hub account

Learn how to manage your personal account, enable Beta and update your notification preferences in Monta Hub.

Your personal account can be managed from the the My account section of Monta Hub. There, you can update your personal information and notification preferences.

Access My Account page in Monta Hub

To access the My Account page in the Hub, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the avatar icon in the bottom left corner of the Hub,
  2. Select My Account
  3. You are now logged in!

You can edit and view your personal information and manage your account in Monta.

Update your Personal information

  1. Upload a new image - We recommend having an image, as it enhances security and helps the team administrator to easily recognize and identify you.)
  2. Edit user information - you can edit your first name and surname, address, postal code, and more.
  3. View balance - On the right side of the page, you can view your balance and your User ID.

Always remember to click Save!

Update your contact information and preferences

If you would like to update your contact information or edit your password, language, and time zone, please follow these steps:

  1. Edit email or phone number - click the pencil icon to edit
  2. Update password - click on the pencil icon in the Security section.
    • This is available only if you are not using other login methods, such as Single Sign-On (SSO).
  3. Edit Email communication:
    • Toggle on "Receipts and Invoices" option to receive emails about transactions, such as receipts, and documents related to your account, such as invoices.
    • Toggle on "Stay in Charge newsletter" option to subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter.
  4. Edit Language and time zone - When you select an option from the dropdown menus, it will update the display language of your Hub account and adjust the timezone settings.

Manage your account

  1. To sign up for the beta features, please enable the toggle in this section.
  2. In this section, you can also Export your data. You will receive a link in your email to download your data.
  3. To delete your account, click on Request account deletion.
