Operator Dashboards

Learn how to access real-time performance monitoring in your Monta account.

The Dashboard section of Monta Hub allows you to quickly and easily monitor and analyze data in real-time, providing insights into performance, trends, and potential issues. Get an up to date overview of the your account or share a Dashboard with external parties, all from one place.

The Dashboards are available to Operator users.

Dashboard settings

You can see all Dashboards you have available or change their visibility from your Operator Account.

  1. Open your Operator Account and click on Dashboards
  2. Select a Dashboard and click on Edit
  3. Edit Visibility from the drop-down menu
    • Private = Access via Monta Hub only
    • Public = Creates a link that can be shared with external parties. This link only gives view access to the specific Dashboard.
    • Username & Password = Creates a public link to the Dashboard, which can be accessed with a username & password, which you can set on the screen.
  4. Edit Expire at date
    • This is the date, on which the public link will expire and no longer be available
  5. Click on Save
  6. View Public link
    • You can click to view the Public link and copy it to share with external parties.

Operator revenue

In the Operator revenue, you can get a breakdown of the different sources of revenue for your account, such as Subscriptions, Fees, Charges, etc.

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Go to the drop-down menu and select Operator revenue
  3. Plans
    • See a the profit you have made from each of your subscriptions
    • You can filter by clicking on a specific plan
  4. Teams
    • Click on a Team to filter the revenue
    • See which Subscription plan the Team has on top
    • See how much you have made from charging fees or subscription purchases on the right
    • Follow the revenue development on the bottom right corner

Operator charge points

The Operator Charge points dashboard the place, where an Operator can quickly get an overview of all charge points and their performance under the Operator account.

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Go to the drop-down menu and select Operator Charge points
  3. Location
    • See the location of the charge points you operate on the map
    • You can see clusters of charge points
    • You can also write a specific address
  4. Charge points
    • See the growth of your charge points over time
    • You can filter the graph by month, quarter or year
    • If you hover over the graph, you can see the division between Active vs Inactive charge points
  5. Charges
    • See an overview of the charge sessions under your Operator in kWh
    • You can filter the graph by month, quarter or year
    • If you hover over the graph, you can see the number of sessions and accumulated kWh
  6. Charged amount
    • See how many kWh have beed charged on charge points under your Operator
  7. Current charge point state
    • See the distribution of the different charge point states
  8. Accessibility distribution
    • See the distribution of charge points under your Operator
    • Active VS Inactive
    • Public VS Private
    • Roaming VS Non-roaming

Operator Team revenue

In the Operator Team revenue, you can see an overview of the revenue generated by the Teams under your Operator.

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Go to the drop-down menu and select Operator Team revenue
  3. Team
    • Filter to see the revenue of a specific Team, by clicking on it
    • You can see and filter the different revenue sources
    • You can click on a specific month to see the revenue breakdown for the period
  4. Running revenue
    • You can see how the revenue has accumulated over time

Operator Team charge points

The Team Charge Points dashboard is a dashboard on Operator level from where the Operator quickly can get an overview of all charge points and their performance in the Teams.

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Go to the drop-down menu and select Team charge points
  3. Location
    • See the location of the Teams you operate on the map
    • You can see clusters of Teams
    • You can also write a specific address
  4. You can filter the view per Team or you can see all Teams at once
  5. Charge points
    • See a monthly overview of how the charge point were added to the Team.
    • You can filter the graph by month, quarter or year
    • If you hover over the graph, you can see the division between Active vs Inactive charge points
  6. Charges
    • See an overview of the charge sessions under the Team in kWh
    • You can filter the graph by month, quarter or year
    • If you hover over the graph, you can see the number of sessions and accumulated kWh
  7. Sites
    • For the selected Team you’ll be able to see the Charging sites for the Team and their charge points and charges

Operator Roaming Dashboard

Designed to provide you with detailed insights into your roaming monetization metrics. With these dashboards, you can now easily track and analyze the performance of your roaming activities.

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Go to the drop-down menu and select Operator Roaming Dashboard
  3. Totals
    • Choose the period of time for which you would like to see the reports
    • You can filter by clicking on a specific charge point type
    • You will be able to view the percentage of successful charges, the number of charges, the total kWh of energy consumed, and the revenue generated for a specific period
  4. Roaming map
    • View the locations of the roaming charge points you operate on the map, filtered by the type you select (AC or DC)
  5. KPIs over time
    • You will be able to track progress over your chosen time period in terms of number of charges, success rates, revenue, and energy consumption. If you select data for the previous month, the graphs will display weekly progress.
  6. Roaming charges
    • This will provide a detailed overview of the metrics for each roaming partner (e-mobility service provider) that pays for using your charge points (CPs) through their apps or RFIDs.
