How to export charges

Learn how to filter charges by date, charge point or user, and send an export to your email.

You can filter and export charges that have been performed on your charge points. Please note that this depends on your Team or Operator role and permissions.

Export Team charges

You can export the charges of the Team's charge points. To do so, navigate to the Team in Monta Hub.

  1. Open the Team and select Overview
  2. You can filter the charges by
    • User
    • Charge point
    • Time period (dates)
    • State of charge
  3. Click on the action button and select Export to receive an email with the charges.

Export charges by charge point

You can select to export the charges on a specific charge point.

  1. Open the Team and select Charge points
  2. Click to open the specific charge point
  3. Select charge sessions
  4. You can filter the charge sessions by:
    • User
    • Time period (dates)
    • State of charge
  5. Click on the action button and select Export to receive an email with the charges.

Export all charges

You can select to export the charge sessions from all charge points under the account.

  1. Select Charges on the left side menu
  2. You can filter the charges by
    • User
    • Charge point
    • Time period (dates)
    • State of charge
  3. Click on the action button and select Export to receive an email with the charges.
