Managing Promotion codes

Promotion codes are a great way to promote your charge points to EV drivers! From Monta Hub, you can create and manage multiple promo codes.

Any promotion code can be personalized and you can:

• Customize the name of the code
• Set a start and end date for the code to be active
• Define the discount that the code will give the user
• Set how many times the code can be used in total
• Limit the code to be applied on charge points in a specific Team

Please note that a user can only use the same code once. Promo codes can only be accessed by Operator level users.

Create a Promotion code

1. Click on Promotion codes on the left side menu
2. Click on Create Promotion code
3. Fill in the name of code and add a description that you want the users to see (optional)
4. Create a unique 8 character code
5. Write the discount amount in %
6. Put restrictions on the code
   • Put an expiration date
   • Set a number of redemptions
   • Limit which charge points the code applies on, per Team
7. Click on Create Promotion code

Manage your promo codes

You can edit, copy or delete promotion codes you have created in Monta Hub.

1. Click on Promotion codes on the left side menu
2. Click on the three action dots of the promo code
3. Edit promotion codes
   • You can edit a code, as long as it is not expired and the limit has not been reached
4. Click on Save changes
