The Public Charge Point Regulations 2023 have introduced a mandatory Roaming data requirement for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) in the UK.  UK public charging regulation

If you are a UK based Charge Point Operator, you need to submit a report within 28 days if there are changes to the roaming providers offered. In this guide, we will show you how to see the list of our roaming providers and who you should report to if there are any changes to the list.

How to see the list of roaming providers

On this landing page, Monta lists the roaming e-mobility service providers. Whenever there’s a change to the list, the list will be updated. This setup means that you, as an UK Charge Point Operator, need to check it every month and see if anyone has been added or removed from the list.

In 2025, Monta will add a new table format that easily shows when roaming providers are added and removed from the list, so it’s easier for you to get the full overview.

How to report changes to the authorities

Whenever there are changes to the list, UK Charge Point Operators have to submit the landing page via email to consumerofferconsult@ozev.gov.uk and pcpr@businessandtrade.gov.uk
