Statistics are available on a charge point and Charging site level.

This features aims to provide you actionable data to optimize operations, improve reliability, and enhance the overall user experience of electric vehicle charging.

View charge point statistics

You can see the statistics on a charge point or a charging site level. In this walk-through we are showing you how to view on a charge point level.

  1. Open the charge point in Monta Hub
  2. Click on Overview
  3. Select the time period for which you want to see the statistics
  4. View the metrics displayed
  5. Hover over a specific day to see the stats per day

Displayed metrics

In this table you can see a description of the different statistics metrics, available in the Overview section.

MetricDescription
Total ConsumptionThe total kWh consumed by the charge point or site during the specified time period.
Charge SessionsThe total number of charging sessions that occurred at the charge point or site within the specified time period
Successful ChargesThe percentage of successful charges completed at the charge point or site during the specified time period
Uptime (coming soon)Uptime is calculated as the total time the charge point is available for charging, excluding periods when it is under error, maintenance, or out of order. This metric shows the percentage uptime for the charge point or site within the specified time period.

Charge point statuses

In this table you can see a description of the charge point statuses.

StatusDescription
AvailableThe charge point is available and charging.
MaintenanceThe charge point has been set in maintenance state by an owner/ operator.
ErrorHardware or software error.
DisconnectedConnection to the charge point cannot be established.
Busy ReservedThe charge point is reserved for charging by a user.
Busy BlockedThe parking place of the charge point is blocked.
Busy ScheduledA charge session is scheduled at the charge point.
Busy Not ReleasedCharge session is finished, but the cable has not been released. Charging cannot start again.
Busy Non ChargingCharge session is finished, but charging may continue later.
OtherPassive or unknown status.
ChargingA vehicle is charging at the charge point.
