What is Evailable

Evailable is the AI operations layer for EV charging. It predicts failures, automates root‑cause analysis, and increases successful sessions – so CPOs earn more with fewer headaches. It works like an operational excellence app on Monta’s platform.

CPOs running on Monta can seamlessly use Evailable’s AI powered operations platform, enabled via Monta’s Partner API, so they improve session success, reduce OpEx, and run leaner operations.

Pricing and Contract with Evailable

Evailable agrees the commercial and contract terms directly with you. We are happy to do introductions to their Sales Team for interested CPOs.

Integration Guide

To enable integration with Evailable, operators need to create and share a Partner API key with the required scopes.

Generate an API Key

1. In Monta Hub, go to Operator Account Settings.
2. Select the Integrations section.
3. Open the Partner API tab.
4. Click Create API Key.
5. When creating the key, add the required scopes:

• charge-points:write
• manage-webhooks:read
• webhooks:read
• chargepoints:read
• webhooks:delete
• manage-webhooks:write
• manage-webhooks:delete
• webhooks:write

Share the API Key with Evailable

Once the API key has been generated:

• Provide the key securely to Evailable.
• Evailable will then set up access on their side and manage the data exchange between platforms.
