A team payment card is required to pay for subscriptions on a team. Adding a team payment card enables it for future subscriptions. Once added, any paused subscriptions will automatically reactivate upon successful payment.
Before you start
- You must be a team admin with access to the team wallet.
- Each team can have one payment card.
Add a team payment card in Monta Hub
- Open Monta Hub.
- Go to Teams and select the team.
- In the team’s Payment section, go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Payment and withdrawals section.
- Select Add payment card.
- In the Add team payment card dialog, enter your card details.
- Select Add payment card to confirm.
The card is saved and shown in the Payment card section and can now be used for any subscriptions payments in the future. Any subscriptions that were paused due to a missing payment card are activated automatically.
Update a team payment card in Monta Hub
- Open Monta Hub.
- Go to Teams and select the team.
- In the team’s Payment section, go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Payment and withdrawals section.
- Select Update card.
- Enter your new card details and confirm.
A confirmation message will show that the card was updated.
Remove a team payment card
You can only remove a payment card if the team has no active subscriptions.
- Open Monta Hub.
- Go to Teams and select the team.
- In the team’s Payment section, go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Payment and withdrawals section.
- Select the delete icon next to the card.
- Confirm the removal in the Remove team payment card? dialog.
The card is removed. If the team has active subscriptions, the removal is blocked.
