Approve and manage a Custom Subscription

Learn how to approve an individual Custom Subscription, apply discounts, edit payment period or cancel the subscription.

This guide is dedicated to managing an individual Custom Subscription.

Please note that Custom Subscriptions can only be viewed and managed by Operator users with Admin or Managed user permissions.

View a Custom Subscription

This is how you find and open an individual Custom Subscription to view it.

  1. Find the Team or charge point in Monta Hub and hover over the subscription link
  2. Click on the subscription to open it
  3. On the Overview page you can see:
    • Team owner information
    • Monthly subscription price
    • Total purchase amount
    • Purchases
  4. On the Details page you can see:
    • Detailed information of the Customer Team
    • A link to the Team
    • Detailed Subscription history
    • A link to the Subscription Plan

Approve a custom subscription

  1. Find the Team or charge point in Monta Hub and hover over the subscription link
  2. Click on the summary of the Pending subscription to open it
  3. Click on Approve
    • You can select a custom date, when you want the client to be charged for the first time
    • You can also upload the contract with the client
  4. Click on Approve subscription
  5. The subscription is now active!
    • Monthly plan price will be charged from the Team Wallet every month on the purchase date.
    • The client will be charged number of charge points in Team X monthly plan price

Edit the subscription

This is how you can make a custom change to a single subscription in the plan.

  1. Open the subscription and click on Quick actions
  2. Select Edit Subscription
    • Next Purchase - edit when is the next purchase date for the client
    • Discounts - adjust how much discount you want the client to receive
    • Additional fees - edit the custom fees on an individual client level
  3. Remember to click Save changes

Refund a subscription purchase

You are also able to refund the client for a monthly subscription purchase from Monta Portal (old version).

  1. Click on Active subscriptions
  2. Click on View to open the subscription
  3. Click on Purchases and select the one you want to refund with "View"
  4. Click on Refund transaction
    • The funds will be transferred from your Operator Wallet back to client's Wallet
    • You will be able to see the refund in your Operator transactions

Cancel a custom subscription

  1. Open the subscription and click on Quick actions
  2. Click on Quick actions and select Cancel a subscription
  3. Select when you can the subscription to be canceled
  4. Click on Confirm cancelation
  5. Edit Subscription
